We'll have side group conversations for people who want to, for example, commit to a 24 hour fast / do a 10 day pilates challenge, commit to a 7 day morning routine challenge. You are not required to join but if you feel ready, then we have that option. 

NOTE: You do not have to participate every single day. Pick what resonates and let the rest go. This is really about just STARTING. My hope is that you will have at least 1 or 2 tools you can use that will help you become more grounded, happy and motivated as we move into summer.

About Me: 

Hi there! I'm Tammra, your friendly "trauma informed" neighbourhood New Groove Alchemist & Wellness Warrior.

For over 20 years, I've been on a mission to transform lives through the power of health and music. You might look at being a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner (RNCP) / HNLP Master Practitioner & DJ as an odd mix, but for me, they're just different sides of the same coin – they are grooves!

All aspects help me do the same thing: break free from those limiting patterns holding you back and create positive change. It wasn't always sunshine and dance floors, though. Anxiety and illness knocked me down hard, but it was that rock bottom that led me to NLP, a total game-changer.

Now, I'm all about empowering others to rewire their subconscious minds and build healthy habits for body, mind, and soul. But movement is key too! That's why I love integrating practices like conscious dance into my approach.

My story is one of overcoming challenges, bringing it all together, and creating some big magic. Think of me as a sober dance floor alchemist, a wellness warrior here to help you find your own groove and create your sweetest life yet. Let's get moving!

I encourage that we don't "coach" each other, rather that we share ideas, especially if they've worked well for us.

Mostly we want to show support and encourage everyone in the group, both for the small / big wins and for those who may be struggling. 

When someone is struggling, they don't always need "fixing" - instead try saying things like "that's tough" or "I hear you / witness your ___". 

Something that has caught my attention is the term "spiritual bypassing" - I'd like us to be aware of it. If you'd like me to elaborate on that, I am happy to talk about inside the group.

I am asking that if you are serious about joining this group event, that you tune in at least once a week.

This is a free event and I'm 100% committed to being in there to support you. After being quite ill, I've had to start my businesses from scratch so I am hoping to start building my community again.  If you think you'd like to carry on with me please let me know if you are ok with me adding your email to my Holistic Wellness List.
