The Adams Parents Association is providing a free royal blue T-shirt with the Adams Alligator logo to every student enrolled at Adams this year. The shirts can be worn for weekly Adams Pride Days (Fridays), field trips, and to show their Adams school spirit any day. Parents can select 1 cotton or dry-fit (athletic style) shirt for each student at Adams. If you do not wish to receive a new shirt, please indicate on this form by selecting the 'no thank you' option below your student's info.

Please complete a separate form online for each child who is enrolled at Adams (due Oct. 4th). Orders for additional purchasable items, including long sleeve shirts and hoodies can be submitted to the office or at an Adams Wear table at the Block Party or Curriculum Nights.
