To redeem your pass, submit your ERC-20 Wallet Address, and Discord or Twitter username in the form below. **Be sure your information is correct before submitting**

Remember, there are only 15 passes given out, per form, on a first come, first serve basis.

*Only signups that take place between Thursday, October 28, 16:00 GMT and Monday, November 1, 16:00 GMT are eligible for giveaway participation: meaning if you locate an egg and signup before or after these time periods, you won't be eligible for any prizes
