Participating in the 2021 Georgia Tiny House Festival is at your own risk. You agree The Georgia International Horse Park, The City of Conyers, the 2021 Georgia Tiny House Festival (6th Annual), the United Tiny House Association, and/or representatives and/or staff of any of the before-mentioned CAN NOT be held liable or responsible in the event of loss or injury during your involvement in this event.

Please be sure your home and belongings are secure when unattended. (This event supports ALL styles, types and modalities of tiny residences and tiny homes.)

By signing this form, YOU AGREE:

(1) Any and all video, electronic broadcasts, photos, blogs and any other type of recordings (live or pre-recorded) done during or about the event ARE NOT PERMITTED to be used to promote and/or advertise any other event(s) without the prior approval of the United Tiny House Association. This does not include promoting your attendance at this event and/or promoting your participation at the 2021 Georgia Tiny House Festival (6th Annual)

(2) You agree to place the above described tiny home on exhibit at the 2021 Georgia Tiny House Festival.

(3) You agree to do so in a reasonable capacity, and without departing early prior to the event’s end date and time.

(4) You agree to behave in a manner appropriate for a family event and by not doing so you agree your tiny home and it’s occupants will be immediately removed at the discretion of the 2021 Georgia Tiny House Festival from the event location.

(5) All applicants agree to provide an exterior and interior photograph of their tiny home by email to “unitedtinyhouse@yahoo.com” and all submission approvals are at the sole discretion of the organizers of the 2021 Georgia Tiny House Festival.

(6) The 2021 Georgia Tiny House Festival is a pet-friendly event. All pets, when outside your home, must be kept on leash AT ALL TIMES (or kenneled) and cleaned up after. “Unfriendly” pets are asked to stay at home as fighting and aggressive pets (and pets not cleaned up after) will be removed from the event by local authorities.

(7) NO OTHER events, festivals, workshops, and/or activities not directly organized by the United Tiny House Association, the Georgia Tiny House Festival, and/or John & Fin Kernohan, and/or that are not specifically registered as a paid vendor for the 2021 Georgia Tiny House Festival (6th Annual) are NOT allowed to be promoted, advertised, and/or announced verbally, electronically, and/or with any type of printed material on site at the 6th Annual Georgia Tiny House Festival by any vendor, 3rd party, and/or individual(s), WITHOUT the prior written & signed permission of both John Kernohan AND Fin Kernohan, Founders of the United Tiny House Association.

The 2021 Georgia Tiny House Festival will be held rain or shine - unless notified otherwise.
