Seabreeze: A Literary Diaspora is UNCW's Art & Literary magazine for the black community here at UNCW. It showcases excellent visual art & creative writing. We are currently seeking interesting perspectives and voices for the 2021 fall edition.
The THEME for the semester is ANGER.
We are currently seeking submissions in the following categories.
2D Art (non-photography)
3D Art (must submit as a digital image/photo)
Creative-Non Fiction (memoir, personal narrative, college essay, etc.)
Short Fiction/Drama
Photography
Poetry (including slam poetry performances)
STEP 1: COMPLETE a submission for EVERY entry
—Students may submit up to FIVE (5) works of writing.
—Writing submissions are limited to 3000 words.

—Artwork must be submitted by EMAIL as .png (preferred), .jpg, or .tiff (300 dpi resolution). If you need assistance with scanning your work, please contact a member of the Seabreeze Staff.
