Access to the elevators in the Bower Building where Pivotal Labs, London office is located is now controlled/secured with access gates. If you wish to receive in advance of the Queer Code Breakfast event a QR code for unlocking the security gate, then you need to provide your email and/or name in the form below.

Only one QR code can be issued per email address. If you're planning on bringing a guest, they will need to fill in this form separately.

When arriving in the main Bower lobby if you have been issued with a QR code in your email, then please turn right and head to the lift lobby, using your QR code on the gates.

If you have provided only your name, then please report to the main Bower Reception, so they can issue you with a QR code.

If you don't wish to provide either your email or name, then please report to the main Bower Reception, so they will contact Pivotal reception to confirm your visit and then issue you with a QR code.

If you voluntarily choose to share your email and/or name information in the form, then this information will be used solely for the purpose of issuing QR access code and no other reason.
