NADL - REGISTRATION FORM
National Auto Design League has been initiated with a purpose of nurturing the design standards of automobile enthusiasts.  We at FMAE are looking forward to inculcating a performance aspect among the future automotive designers which will help them in acquiring top notch positions in industries in the near future.

What is NADL?
To clarify the above doubt everyone needs to understand the event format as it’s never been done before so below is the complete event format described.

1. The whole program is designed in such a way that it’s a complete online process.
2. Every individual has register by itself on our online portal which will be active 24x7 during the registration period.
3. FMAE will be forming teams from the registered team members.
4. The teams will be formed on the basis of STATE of a registered member. So, a team will consist of team members from different cities from that respective state.
5. After the team formation, a Team Manager will be appointed for every state who will be responsible for the functioning of the team.
6. After the team formation and appointment of Team Manager every team will be given around 3-4 months in which they have to design an Electric Sports bike.
7. During this design period of 3-4 months FMAE will conduct a workshop every month where everyone will be guided about the different aspects of designing, analysis, report making, presentation making and delivering.
8. After the design period is over, teams have to go for an online Design Presentation. All the presentation will be evaluated by FMAE Technical Team comprising of Industry Professionals.
9. Every participating member will be provided with certificates, appreciation letters from FMAE.
10. After every 4 months  new members will be recruited for every state with a new project to work on.



Roles and Responsibilities of Team Manager:

Every team will be managed by a Team Manager which will be appointed by FMAE. He/she will be from the registered participants which will be decided after the interviews and applications of the participants. Every team manager has to take care of certain responsibilities mentioned below:
a. All the submission deadlines are met as per the NADL calendar.
b. To create the synergy among the team members to work in a synchronous way.
c. To get a clarity of all the rules and regulations of NADL.
d. In case of any queries it’s the responsibility of Team Manager to send all the emails and get it resolved.
e. It will be responsibility of the team manager for smooth conduction of final presentation for its respective team
Note: In the interviews if FMAE doesn’t find a suitable Team Manager among the registered participant for a team then FMAE will appoint a Team Manager from the event officials.


What’s the benefits of NADL?
1. As every registered participant will be a part of team where everyone is from different cities, colleges, universities and helps in increasing one’s communication network and connectivity
2. As whole League is an online based so participating member will be able to understand the online working culture and that’s a sort of benefit which helps an individual for future industry works.
3. As you are a part of a team with other 15-20 members of different colleges, companies and cities, which will enhance the knowledge sharing and learning part.
4. Every member will be given participation certificates, letter of appreciation for the entire league where in it will be mentioned that participant has represented its state at national level.
5. Participants will also receive certificates of participation on all the workshops attended during the design period.
6. Experience Letter for working in a particular domain in a team will also be given to the participants.
7. Workshops organized during the design period will help you in enhancing your skills as it’s designed in such a way.
8. Design Presentations will be evaluated by Industry professionals which helps you in realizing the current requirements of the industry .

Registration Fees
1. Registration for NADL would be done through online registration mode. The registration portal will be open 24 hours during the registration phase. Those who will have problems in registering online shall get in touch with the organizing team through mail or telecom.  
2. Participant must fill a form that is uploaded on the website for getting themselves registered. Once the registration form is submitted, participant shall make payment towards registration within 24 Hours of the date of registration. The participant, which fail to make the payment within this stipulated time frame, will be ruled out from the competition.
3. Mode of Payment: The registered participant can make their registration amount payment through online (account transfer) and offline (bank deposits) modes.
4. Registration amount for each individual participant will be 2600 INR (inclusive all charges)

Note: The payment details will be sent to the registered participant after the successful registration.
