Use this form to submit the names of people to receive healing from the Temple's healing altar and healing work by Temple ministers and members following the new moon. The list is updated each new moon, and remains posted throughout that moon until the next new moon. To place a person's name on the list again, you must re-submit it before the next new moon. Names submitted after the list is posted go onto the next moon's list. We're sorry, but we cannot respond to inquiries regarding the status of specific healing list requests.
