Welcome to the ss15 Courtyard Aki Matsuri Colouring Contest , happening on 28 September 2018, 4:00pm (sharp). Please register from 2:00pm onwards.

1. Categories:
A. 8-12 years old*
B. 7 years old and below*
*As of 28 September 2019!

2. This is a Colouring Contest. Participants may add elements into the artwork (provided by the organiser) based on individual creativity.

3. Time allowed is 1.5 hours for Category A and 1 hour for Category B.

4. Size of colouring sheet provided by the Organiser will be A3 (Category A) and A4 (Category B)

5. Only Crayons, magic colour, pencil colour are allowed. No water colour is allowed. No tables or chairs/colouring materials will be provided.

6. In case of any doubt, the decision made by the organiser shall be final and conclusive. No correspondence will be entertained.

7. All prizes are presented to the winners on an “as is” basis and the organiser shall not be responsible howsoever for the usability, suitability, warranty, quality and condition of the prizes. All winners are to collect their respective prizes on 28th September 2019 (Sat) after the contest. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited on the same day at 9pm.

8. The organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time, change or terminate the Contest without prior notice.

9. The organiser reserves the right to replace the prizes with any items of equal value without prior notice, subject to availability. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

10. The organiser will not be liable for any injury, damage or claim resulting from taking part in the Contest and/or use and/or redemption of their prizes.

11. The organiser reserves the right to use the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes.

12. The organiser reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.

13. Prizes are as follow for each category:
Champion RM 300 worth of cash vouchers & prizes
1st Runner-Up RM 200 worth of cash vouchers & prizes
2nd Runner-Up RM 100 worth of cash vouchers & prizes
3 consolations RM50 worth of cash vouchers & prizes
