Woodstock Farmers Market is thrilled to invite community organizations to join our market at the free Kids Booth and Community Booth! We are so appreciative of past participants and new prospective organizations who wish to join us this season! There is no fee to participate in either the Kids Booth or the Community Booth.
Activities at our Kids Booth regularly engage 100+ kids and their families each week, making it a great opportunity for community outreach, engagement, and raising awareness about your organization. If you need some guidance on what activity to offer, please let me know. Any activity must be free to everyone, but we are happy to provide creative options and supplies.
If your organization prefers a quieter presence, we still offer space at our traditional Community Booth. While we still do not permit selling or fundraising of any kind, informational handouts and/or signup sheets are welcome and encouraged.
Woodstock Farmers Market is able to provide one 6 ft table, folding chairs, and one 10x10' canopy for your use. If you have your own preferred set up, please let us know in advance. It will still need to be contained within a 10x10' space.
