Which county does your Coalition represent? *
Please designate at least one representative of your Coalition who is willing to facilitate oral histories. Facilitators will help identify interviewees, develop interview guides, serve as interviewers, etc. Provide contact information (name, phone number, and email address) for your facilitator(s). *
Due to this work's sensitive nature and the realities of secondary historical trauma, is(are) the above facilator(s) interested in having access to a licensed/certified social worker before, during, and/or after oral history interviews? *
Based upon ongoing research, please list (to the best of your ability) the instances of racial terror lynching that your Coalition is investigating. Include: victim name(s), date(s), approximate location(s), and any additional information you wish to provide. *
Has your Coalition made contact with priority oral history interviewees, including: descendants and relatives of a lynching victim, descendants and relatives of a firsthand or secondhand witness to a lynching, someone with intergenerational memories of a lynching, and Black Marylanders from your locality who can speak to their experiences with anti-Black violence and racism? Secondary interviewees include: descendants and relatives of accusers and perpetrators, researchers and scholars with subject matter expertise, and activists and community members. *This is not an exhaustive list--we can interview anyone who has relevant testimony to provide.* *
Required
If yes to the above, please list below (with their permission) the names and contact information of your designated oral history interviewee(s).
