Process of application
  1. After you send your booking request, a payment request will be sent to your e-mail address within 24 hours.
  2. You have 48 hours to make the payment.
  3. After your payment arrives, your booking will be confirmed and the invoice will be sent to your e-mail address within 24 hours.
Please notice: BOOKING IS VALID ONLY AFTER CONFIRMATION!

If your payment does not arrive within 48 hours, you booking request will be deleted.

Cancellation:
You will have full refund if your booking is cancelled:
  • 48 hours before the tour starts, or
  • within 24 hours after your booking, or
  • if the tour is cancelled by the service provider
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
