On this course you will:
+ develop your permaculture skills and understanding
+ have a good overview of what permaculture is and how it is being used
+ produce and implement a site design (e.g. for a house, garden, farm, woodland, park)
+ learn how to apply permaculture to your own life
+ recognise and develop your own skills
+ work collaboratively, share ideas and know how to contribute to the wider community
+ be inspired
+ have fun!

Dates:
+ Intro course: 28th and 30th September 2021
- This is the start of the full PDC and also a stand alone intro course (5h total)

+ Full PDC: 5th October (evening), 9 October (Day), 19th October (evening) and continuing the pattern of first Tuesday, second Saturday (apart from December / January) and third Tuesday of the month until June 21st 2022.

Timings:
Evenings 6.30-9.00pm (online)
Saturdays (All day)

Venues:
+ Evening sessions online.
+ Day sessions at projects around Leeds (Venues to be confirmed).

Teachers:
The teachers are all accomplished permaculture designers and educators with varied interests in and around the city.
+ Andy Goldring (Chief exec of the Permaculture Association Britain [PAB] and part of Climate Action Leeds),
+ Carla Moss (Artist and Designer and Diploma Assessment Tutor for the PAB),
+ Laura Smith (Formerly a Biological scientist, now Mindfulness trainer),
+ Luke Justice (Market Gardener at Meanwood Valley Farm),
+ Joe Atkinson (Systems designer and Diploma Assessment Tutor)

Places are limited on the course so early booking is recommended. The price is scaled so that as many people can be included as possible. There are only a limited number of places at the minimum fee and the more people able to pay the higher fee makes it possible to include those on lower incomes. Please consider what you can give carefully. The income rates are only a suggested guide. *
