Thank you for participating in this survey.

Last year, the IASC MHPSS RG wrote a book to help children talk about their fears and worries regarding COVID-19: 'My Hero is You', and a book for caregivers to talk with their children: 'Actions for Heroes'. Since the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect children, we want to now write a second book helpful to children (and their caregivers and teachers) in the current times. The results of this survey will help us to create this second book.

If you have students between the ages of 6 and 11 years old, please respond to the questions below.  
In this survey, we use the term caregiver. This includes parents and all other caregivers.

 This survey consists of mainly multiple choice questions, developed based on the findings of an open-ended survey that was shared in different countries earlier.

Please note, all of the answers in this survey will remain anonymous.
