PEMS Leader Interest Survey
SFOM is a member of the PEPS Network. We offer peer-support groups for families with newborn multiples, based on the PEPS model. More info here: www.peps.org

The PEMS program is designed for parents to attend with their babies, aged 0-16 weeks old (adjusted age = counted from the 40-week due date), when the group starts. All our groups can be attended by one parent plus a partner (and babies). Groups meet for 10 consecutive weeks (2 hours per week) with time for sharing parenting highs and lows, to focus on the babies' development, and a discussion topic. Meetings also include time for informal socializing and connecting with other parents.

SFOM's PEMS groups currently meet for 10 weeks in a Hybrid fashion -- weeks 5 and 10 are in person, the rest are held virtually.
