Thank you for assisting the Office of Student Engagement in the Resident Assistant selection process. The RAs serve an integral role in maintaining the healthy and safety of students as well as creating a vibrant community within the residence halls. Your written comments will help us identify those students who, by their qualities of leadership, trust, responsibility and resourcefulness, can best support their peers as dorm and community leaders. We encourage you to provide specific examples, observations and descriptions whenever possible in answering the following questions.
The comments you make will be utilized solely for the purpose of the RA Selection process for 2021-2022. Only Selection Committee members (Senior RAs, Office of Student Engagement Professional Staff and SGO appointed Housing Committee members) will read these recommendations.
