Please complete this application for the 2021 Summer Program enrollment. Once you have submitted your application your child will automatically be placed on a waiting list for placement. Processing of applications is anticipated to take up to 10 business days. After your application has been processed you will receive a Contract Agreement that must be signed and returned to the ECEC Office along with all required enrollment paperwork.  Spaces are not confirmed until the contract, $25 application fee, and enrollment paperwork are received.  5 day and every week enrollment takes priority.

NOTE FOR FAMILIES REGISTERING MULTIPLE CHILDREN:  A SEPARATE ENROLLMENT APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH CHILD WHO YOU WISH TO ENROLL IN THE SUMMER PROGRAM.  

** THE ECEC WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR THE PANDEMIC UNDER GUIDANCE FROM THE UNIVERSITY, MICHIGAN LICENSING, AND THE CDC AND MAKE MODIFICATIONS AS NECESSARY FOR EVERYONES MUTUAL SAFETY AND WELLBEING.
