Arlington Animal Services Foster Application
Do you have room for some extra love?!  By fostering, you are preparing a homeless pet for a lifetime of happiness!  We supply our fosters with food and the basic essentials needed to care for their foster pets.

Whether you are interested in fostering dogs, cats, kittens or puppies, our foster program has a pet for you!

Please complete this application in it's entirety to start the application process.  Once the application has been completed, be on the lookout for an email from one of our Foster Coordinators about the next steps in the process.

***PLEASE READ***
Prior to completing this form, please review all requirements and policies.
1. Any individual fostering an animal for Arlington Animal Services must 18 years or older.  
2. A valid drivers license or government issued ID is required and must be provided to the foster coordinator prior to taking home your first foster pet.
3. You have the ability to provide transport for your to and from Arlington Animal Services.
4. Arlington Animal Services Foster Coordinators may reach out for clarification or more detail regarding answers submitted on this application.
5. Please understand Arlington Animal Services has the right to refuse an individual into the program at the discretion of the Animal Services Manager or Shelter Operations Administrator.
6. Arlington Animal Services has the right to deny fostering request of any animal due to foster home dynamics and/or based on the individual needs of that animal.
