Vice President - Assume all duties of the President in the event of the President's absence. Oversee all fundraising committees and activities and report on the fundraisers at the board meetings as needed.

Gift Cards (2) - Manage the gift card sales in December and May. This includes contacting the gift card company, updating the gift card order form to distribute to families, coordinate teacher gift card gifts, bundle gift cards per family to be sent home. This committee must have 2 committee chairs.

Holiday Store - Manage the Holiday Store held during December. This includes coordinating with the holiday store vendor, coordinating vendors for the Parent Boutique held during Holiday Store, coordinating volunteers to work event, set up event, complete a deposit form, and clean up event.

Hospitality - Coordinate luncheons & treats for teachers & staff throughout the school year which includes the Welcome Back Luncheon in August, and treats and/or a luncheon during the Fall & Winter Parent/Teacher Conferences. This committee typically has at least 2 committee chairs.

Philanthropy - Coordinate a school-wide effort to generate funds or items for a "good cause."

Family Social Night - coordinate Meadow Glens' Family Social Events out. This committee may have 2 committee chairs.

Spirit Wear - coordinate the school spirit wear and 5th grade t-shirt sales. Typically decide on tshirt designs in June/July, hold sales in August/September, possibly an additional sale in the spring.

Teacher & Staff Appreciation (2) - coordinate events for American Education Week in the Fall, Teacher Appreciation Week in the Spring & a school retirement cake celebration in May. Also “thank” staff for discipline-specific holidays (i.e., nurses week, national principal’s day, etc.). This committee may have 2 committee chairs.

Volunteer Coordinator - distribute online volunteer information signup to families and distribute a list of school volunteers for H&S committees. The responsibilities will begin in July of the upcoming school year, to organize back-to-school events.
