Logan's Heart and Smiles Board Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer board member for the Logan James Herr Foundation dba Logan's Heart and Smiles. 

Our process for bringing on new board members includes completing this interest form, a conversation with an existing Board Member or Advisor, a conversation with the Executive Director, participating in a home modification, a review of this form, and a vote by the existing Board. 

Logan's Heart and Smiles is looking to add volunteers to our Board of Directors that will help further our mission of eliminating accessibility and safety barriers by building home modifications for children with disabilities. Your diversity of identity, lived or work experience, and perspectives will be valued in the discussions and decisions our board navigates in supporting our mission.
