Thank you for participating in the 2022 HCA Cluster Census. This process is critical in confirming and updating the contact information of all homeowners and residents within the community. By participating, you are helping us ensure that the Board of Directors can keep you up-to-date on all policy and standards updates within the community as well as provide announcements on any impacts on cluster services available to you.

While your contact information may be correct already (indicated by receipt of regular emails and newsletters), we ask that you fill out this form anyway to allow us to confirm the information in our contact database.

If you are an absentee homeowner with renters, we ask that while you complete this form annually around the time of the annual meeting, you also complete and submit it anytime there is a change in your tenants or your management company (where applicable).
