Would you like to be paid to support our event whilst being mentored from industry professionals/artists?
Are you interested in Make Up, Costume or Videography? Are you aged 16-24?

On Sunday 19th December*, WN Dance Company are collaborating with House of Ghetto (MCR) to produce a event which will celebrate Wigan’s heritage of the annual boxing day fancy dress tradition as well as exploring ballroom culture, with movement inspired by the vogue scene. The aim of the event is to create a safe space in which young people can connect and feel empowered and confident in their own self expression/explore their own identity.

Through this paid opportunity, we are looking for bold & emerging creatives, aged 16-24 who are passionate about Make Up/Costume/Videography. We are looking for people who are open to learn and be collaborative as you support the smooth running of the event whilst being mentored by industry professionals/artists. In particular, you will be working with our dancers who have been through a process of creation with House of Ghetto.

*Please note - Those interested in costume design will also be required on Sunday 12th December to support with costume fittings.
