SKDC Requirements - Weekly Practice

Sister Kate holds weekly rehearsals on Sundays (4:45PM - 6:45PM) in Capitol Hill. In the summer months, we tend to take it easy and only plan on rehearsing 1-2x a month. We periodically require extra rehearsals prior to certain performances. Do you foresee being able to regularly make Sunday rehearsal time?

SKDC monthly membership model ($180 for the season of Sept-May) due on upon acceptance, and there are some startup required costume items (est. $200 total).

Being part of a chorus girl dance troupe means dressing in the same costumes as your teammates while on stage performing. This MIGHT mean wearing only a dance leotard, dance tights, and our team 2" dance heels. Is that something you'd be down for?

SKDC Requirements - Commitment Timeframe

We typically ask new members to commit to the team at least one year (some members have been on 10+ years!). During that time, you are busy learning our team's styling (so that we can all look synchronized when need be), classic stock routines (for eventual shows and gigs), getting to know us (and visa versa), and getting into the groove with how we run our team. Do you foresee any concerns to the time commitment we always ask of new members?
