This form is to sign up your student for the 1st intramurals session. We will be playing soccer and ultimate frisbee.

Intramurals will be at Tecumseh North AFTER SCHOOL from 3:30-4:30 PM. Parents are responsible for transportation and students must be picked up at 4:30 at the bus loop. Students not picked up by 4:45 will incur a strike. 3 late pickups will result in your child being asked not to return to this session.

Student must attend school on the day of an extracurricular event in order to participate.***

There is a one time fee of $25 for the school year to participate in intramurals. Students who receive free lunch are exempt from this fee. Please send in the $25 to the office by August 31st. *

Due to the nature of Intramurals, we ask that you and your student discuss and sign the following agreement. We want to make this a constructive and fun experience for those students wishing to participate.

>>> I will be a responsible participant and follow the rules and procedures outlined by the Intramural coaches. I understand that following directions and participating safely is important and required. The following are examples of infractions that will result in being suspended from Intramurals for the remainder of the season. <<<

1. Fighting

2. Inappropriate language

3. Repeatedly not following directions

4. Being disrespectful to other students or coaches

We will have them sign this on the first day of the session. Please review this beforehand.

Having read and discussed this with my child, I give him/her permission to participate in Intramural athletics at Tecumseh North Elementary, and I also understand I am responsible for transportation.
