Beacon Facility Request Form
Thank you for your request to use Beacon's facilities for your event, group or meeting! 

We have two locations: 4 Waldron Avenue and 695 Springfield Avenue. 

Due to City zoning, all events at 4 Waldron Avenue have to have a religious/spiritual purpose or aligned with our mission.

Our 695 Springfield Avenue campus (American Red Cross) is not yet zoned for congregational purposes. Therefore, we are limited in what we can do there. All groups should book our campus at 4 Waldron Avenue.

You can also use this form to request the use of Beacon's Zoom account for Beacon meetings. 

Please also note:

1. Requests are processed in the order in which they are received.
2. This request submission is not a confirmed booking. A Beacon representative will contact you to review your request as soon as possible.
3. Please note: The group is responsible for setting up their room and returning it to its original state.
4. Please do not submit duplicate requests for the same event.
