Please complete this form if you are planning to bring a group of 12+ people to Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf in Wisconsin Dells, WI. Once submitted, our group sales director will get back to you within 48 hours.

PRICING

With Wisconsin Tax Exempt Number - $6.09 per person for 18 holes
Without Wisconsin Tax Exempt Number - $6.50 per person for 18 holes
Each additional course of 18 holes - $4.00 per person
Picnic Shelter Rental - $10 per hour

NOTES

1. In order to secure group pricing, one person must collect the money and pay for the group with a single sales transaction. Payment is collected on the date of your visit.

2. Your person count should not drop below 10. If it does, the group rate will not apply.

3. Golfers need to be split down into individual groups of 3 to 5 people. To maintain a steady course flow we cannot allow more than this.
