PC Library is offering to scan library-based print materials for faculty to upload to Canvas. Digitizing portions of copyrighted material falls squarely within fair use - and we acknowledge that during pandemic circumstances more material may need to be digitized.

This service is not being extended to individual students, so please know that student inquiries will be directed back to you as faculty for making scanned materials available through the online course environment.

Requests will be handled in the order they are received. File size restrictions may dictate segmenting requested material. Filled requests will be delivered to the MEID address captured on this form (unless you indicate otherwise in Notes at end of the form).

Each passage or chapter scanned will be emailed to you as a pdf document that includes a prefatory page outlining the terms of fair use for student awareness (http://bit.ly/PCfairUseCopy).
