The Jefferson County Commission Human Resources Department will be conducting in-person assessments  in Birmingham, AL during the month of September. The Jefferson County Commission Human Resources Department will cover costs for travel related to the assessment, (mileage to and from Birmingham), flights, lodging, and meals. In order to sign up to be an assessor with the Jefferson County Commission, we will need some information from you.  Please complete the fields below. If you are selected to participate in the assessment, you will be asked to review actual recorded candidate responses for multiple interviews conducted at the Jefferson County Commission. Prior to assessing these candidates you will be required to participate in multiple training sessions to ensure you are prepared. While assessing these candidates, you will be placed in an individual room with a partner where you will manually write notes. You and your partner will discuss your ratings and notes to determine candidate scores. Our staff will be available at all times to guide you during this process. 

NOTE: Assessors who are selected to participate in the assessment will be notified within 1-3 business days after the close of registration.
