Shambhala 2024 - Photo & Video Application
Thank you for your interest in joining our 2024 Photo & Video Team. The 25th Annual Shambhala Music Festival will take place July 26-29, 2024 in Salmo, British Columbia.

2024 UPDATE: Space on the Photography team is extremely limited, and Videography is currently on a waitlist basis, as we are working with a select few Film Crews this year. Please feel free to submit your Video application as an expression of interest. 

PHOTOGRAPHERS: You will be expected to submit an album of your best 100-200 photos (quantity dependent on Staff or Volunteer designation), including 1-3 shotlist assignments, must be submitted to Shambhala Music Festival no later than August 26, 2024. 

VIDEOGRAPHERS: You will be expected to work with the Shambhala Marketing Team leading up to your release date(s) throughout the following year. Final deliverables are expected no later than December 1, 2024.

PRESS, PUBLICATIONS & INFLUENCERS: Please apply through the Press & Media form.

PLEASE NOTE: Stage access for shooting is extremely limited and not available to all team members. The Shambhala Photo/Video team is expected to capture the festival from the audience perspective, not from the backstage. Thank you for your understanding.

We request that photographers submit their galleries by August 26, 2024 and videographers deliver finished videos by December 1, 2024. Please confirm you understand this and agree to these terms if you are given a pass to the festival. *
