I am aware that participating in tryouts, practices, games, camps and/or training and even spectating involves several inherent risks of physical injury, potential for stress or illness; including but not limited to COVID-19 and I voluntarily assume all risks. During my (or my child’s) attendance and / or participation, I agree to release and hold harmless the volunteers, coaches, other players and / or representatives from any and all liability, claims, medical bills and causes of action of whatever kind and nature, resulting from my (or my child’s) participation in any way connected with the program. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am solely responsible for any medical bills resulting from any injury that may occur during the camp. I also agree that my child is in good health and able to participate in general physical activity related to softball and / or conditioning it requires.
