The Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in Washington D.C. is pioneering an outreach program that will facilitate new passports applicants get their biometrics capture services at a designated place much closer to their home states in addition to The Embassy in Washington D.C. We take this opportunity to encourage applicants of the state of NEBRASKA and surrounding areas who have applied for their new e-Passport and have been approved by the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration, to register by filling and submitting this form in order to have their biometrics captured on Friday, February 18th, 2022 from 9:00AM - 4:30PM CT in Lincoln, Nebraska. The address and more details will be communicated soon. All participants will be required to present a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of February 18th, 2022.
