Your Sponsor is someone who will guide you and share the story of Faith with you. While the role of Sponsor in the Ceremony of Confirmation is simple (placing their right hand on your right shoulder as you are Confirmed). They symbolize the entire greater community's role of supporting you in your Faith life. You're looking for someone you trust, whose Catholic Faith you admire and who will be there for you.

Please complete the following checklist when choosing a Sponsor.

My Sponsor:
- Is a practicing Catholic
- is sixteen years of age or older
- has been Confirmed
- has received the Sacrament of Eucharist
- leads a life of faith in harmony with the Catholic Church
- is not my mom or dad

After prayerfully considering your Sponsor, complete the following form by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2020.
