This is the vendor application form for the LTFM on 7/2/2022(SAT) from 3pm-9pm at Terasaki Budokan in Downtown LA. Please fill out the following sections. If you are selected,We will contact you and you will pay a fee of $90 on 1st floor for a standard 10x10 vending space with 1 free parking spot in the underground parking garage. The parking is first come first serve. Due to the amount of requests we receive, we are unable to contact you if you are not selected. Thanks for your understanding.
