DC Leaders Application 2021- 2022
DC Leaders is a group that has taken the place of student council, parking patrol and DC Kids. DC LEADERS will promote positivity, good character, and kindness on campus by helping manage parking lot safety, collecting recycling school-wide, and hosting recess events and activities. We will also contribute to our community by raising money for a charity of our choice!
 
Mrs. MacDougall is looking for a team of motivated, helpful, do-gooders. You must be an excellent student who is responsible and a positive role model for others.

Leaders will be selected based on the application below. This application should only be filled out by the student. Please take your time and fill it out completely.  You will not be able to submit after 3pm on September 9th.
