If you have a 2nd or 3rd grade student and you could use the additional support around the holidays, please feel free to complete this quick survey to nominate your student to be added to the Sor Juana Christmas Gift Partnership List. We will coordinate on a case by case basis with families to get student wish lists. Please note that all Pre-K, Kinder, and 1st grade students have automatically be added to the list and so you do not need to complete this form for students in those grades.
