In this form Head of Delegations of the North Vision Song Contest can submit their internally selected entries and their national final line-ups in order to get them approved by the NBU Council.
Once your submission is officially approved, you will get notified by the NBU.

Co-Head of Delegations can not submit on behalf of their Head of Delegation.
