Use this form to register your student for the Summer offerings at Chicago West Side Christian School. Summer Programming will be offered Monday through Thursday beginning Monday, June 26, 2023 and ending Thursday, July 27, 2023. There are no programming options on Fridays. You will need to fill this form out for each student you are looking to register.

Summer School will be from 8:30am - 12:15pm and will include the following components: Math, Literacy, STEM and Fine Arts. Participation for the morning only is $175.

Full day Summer Program runs from 8:30am - 3:00pm. Participation for the full day is $400.

Before Care will be offered starting at 7:30am and After Care will go til 3:30pm.

**Student participation in CWSCS Summer will not be allowed unless the total registration is paid in full.** This completed, submitted form and a deposit of $100 are required by May 26, 2023; the full balance is due Friday, June 15, 2023.
