Important Notes: The transportation must be for a group from a K-12 public, private, charter or homeschool that includes at least 15 students. The transportation must be for an eligible group that flies at least one Challenger Center Mission during the trip.

Steps:
- We receive and review your application and booking, and we submit a form to our HQ.
- We run the event.
- We submit an invoice to our HQ for the funds.
- We receive the reimbursement funds.
- We reimburse you.
