YOUR STUDENTS SCHEDULE:

Once the APA has completed the registration period, a finalized class & room listing for your student will be made available via email prior to the event.

We run 3 levels of class for each genre, so if registered for all 3 instructors, your student will be in attendance from 2:45pm-7:00pm.

FRONT DOOR / CHECK-IN:

The APA will have a committee member at the front door to let you into Evergreen Community Spaces.

Once inside, please check-in at the MAPLE Room.

We will ask all students to gather for a workshop "photo" in the SPRUCE room prior to classes commencing.
Photos will also be taken at the end of each class in each of the 3 rooms.

GENERAL CLASS SCHEDULE:

(3 classrooms will be running simultaneously - SPRUCE Room, MAPLE Room & ELM Room)

2:45-3:00 - Check-In and Group Photo

3:00-3:30 - 1/2 hour warm up session (will be the same room as your first 1 hour class)

3:30-3:40 - 10 minute break

3:40-4:40 - 1 hour class

4:40-4:50 - 10 minute break

4:50-5:50 - 1 hour class

5:50-6:00 - 10 minute break

6:00-7:00 - 1 hour class

SECOND HAND COSTUME SALE:

The APA is holding a second-hand costume sale with over 500+ costumes for all ages, genres and genders.
There is an incredible selection, many custom-made.

We also have multiples if you are looking for duo/trio costumes too.

As we are a non-profit society, they are sold off at $10-40/per costume!
