Does Your Horse Get Enough Sleep?
Getting enough sleep has been identified as one of the most important aspects of good health. This is true of all mammals including people and, of course, our horses.

Have you ever wondered whether your horse gets enough sleep? Whether it can rest enough to be physically and mentally healthy and be the best partner and friend you can imagine?

When first looking into this subject, we were surprised how often horses actually do suffer from not getting enough sleep. The consequences can be as subtle as reduced performance, or as dramatic as collapsing on concrete floor. Most surprising was that a horse can hide their deficit for a long time before the human suspects the horse might have an issue.

While we are not vets, we deeply care about the wellbeing of horses and want to collect as much data as possible to find correlations and causalities to help people like you help your horse get the sleep they need, so that they can lead a happy and healthy life.

This survey helps you get more aware of the topic of sleep in horses and helps you identify whether your horse might be affected.

This survey is being conducted by Christine Schickinger - Trust Technique Practitioner.
