What name would you like to be called during rehearsals / class? *
Do you need us to address you by a different name in front of your parents or family members?
How would you like your full name to appear in the program? *
While clothing itself has no gender (and most of the characters in this play are animals,) our show takes place in the 1770's (and some characters are humans.) So we need to know if you would prefer to dress in traditionally "Men's" clothing or "Women's" clothing when portraying a human character. *
Are you comfortable appearing on stage in a tank top? *
Are you interested in being part of the Makeup Team and helping other performers put on their makeup during performances? *
Are you interested in being part of the Hair Team and helping other performers style their hair and/or prep their hair for wigs during performances? *
We are going to create a list of "Homework Helpers." If another student came up to you and needed help with homework, what subject(s) would you feel confident helping with?
Some of our under water characters will be on heel skates (possibly roller skates or roller blades) so they can glide across the stage. Do you have any skating experience? *
We will have aerial silks hanging from the batons of our stage to create the effect of water. Hopefully some of our performers will be able to perform on the silks. Do you have any aerial silk experience? *
Do you have any allergies we should be aware of?
Is there anything else you feel we should know about you?
