The Uplyft Fitness Beginner Fitness Mini-Course  provides 6 video lessons that cover the fundmental movements. The lessons are 5-10 minutes in length.  Can you commit to completing these videos lessons within a 3 week time frame?

This mini-course is great way to get started on a fitness program with personalized coaching from a personal trainer but without the cost and commitment of 12 weeks.  The mini course is designed to be completed in 3 weeks.  The video lessons can be completed within the 1st week. Then the next  2 weeks you will receive workouts personalized for you via the Uplyft Fitness App. You will learn 1 ) how to strengthen your legs and bum with less knee pain 2) how to improve stubborn bra fat and 3) how to improve core strength without hurting your back.  And in the final lesson you will learn my secret weapon for knots and achy joints.  

Although the program is designed for 3 weeks, you are welcome to complete the video lessons is less than a week.  It's your course, to move as you please.  However to help keep you accountable, you will only have access to your customized workouts via the Uplyft Fitness App for 21 days.
