The aim of Woods Elementary is to place your child in the best educational setting for the 2021-22 school year.  We take this process very seriously, as it is our goal to provide your child with a productive and successful year.    Teachers and administration consider a lot of information as we work together to place students with the staffing we receive. To provide more information to this process, your input on your child’s learning needs is important to us and may assist with this process.
   This is not a teacher request form, but an opportunity for you to provide additional information that you think will help us place your child in a learning environment in which he or she will be successful.  We currently do not know our exact enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year, and we may be required to adjust within the Woods staffing plan. The Governor is currently considering changes that might affect our enrollment in each grade and therefore there might be a need for staff changes.  For reasons of fairness and equity, any input sheet requesting a specific teacher will not be considered and will be disregarded. Every teacher here at Woods is a qualified, credentialed teacher, and we will place your child in the best educational setting available.
