This Junior Membership form should be completed by the parent or legal guardian of any player under the age of 18. Your data will be retained for 1 year to allow the club to keep in contact and have medical information on hand. We will use this information to ensure that you are kept informed about club events and news. Medical information will be passed to relevant coaches and the Club Welfare Officer.

Junior Membership is £35 for the year and includes Monday evening training sessions. If your child is in Year 6 and you would like to stay for the second (6pm to 7pm) softball or hardball session please add £20, making £55 in total.

We would prefer to take payment by credit/debit card or cash at Monday training sessions, but you are welcome to pay by cheque, payable to Saltwood Cricket Club. Please complete this online form and pay at your first training session. You do not have to pay straight away if your child is having a taster session, but you will have to fill in the form.
