Event Timing: MARCH 14, 2020 - ALL DAY
PLEASE note, if Saturday is snowed out, the event will take place on Sunday MARCH 15, 2020
We can't run this event without help - it's a great day of theatre with great people.
As a volunteer, you WILL get to see their show for free regardless of when you sign up. We close down all the stations to pack the house so don't let that deter you!

Runner (helps the supervisor and judges room - does numerous tasks - literally runs at times)

Checker (is point person for all schools in between each show)

Back Stage/Green room attendant (typically alumni, moves groups quietly and maintains the green room)

Security (help with hallway control and classroom management in the academic wing)

Hospitality/Directors Den (requires a team to pick up food, organize food, throughout the day - will work closely with cafe duty people)

Set Manager (typically an alumni) helps load in and arrange sets, helps maintain the organization (works backstage)
