D&I Panel Discussion as part of India's 1st Virtual Diversity Job Fair
Vividhataa is proud to organise India's 1st Virtual Diversity Job Fair to Empower a Diverse workforce. We at Vividhataa, strive to facilitate the employment of Women, members of the LGBTQIA+ Community and Persons with Disabilities at all levels of hierarchy; in organisations that believe in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

As part of the Job Fair, we are conducting a Panel Discussion on -
"Why is it important for organisations to have Fair Representation and Inclusion of Women, People with Disabilities, LGBTQIA+ Community, and Caste based minorities?"

The Discussion will take place on 1st August 2020. Below are the details of our esteemed Panelists -

Introducing the Speakers for the Panel Discussion,
Ms. Christina Dhanraj (pref. pronouns - she/her)
Christina Dhanuja is a corporate professional with 12+ years of experience working and living in India, Singapore, China, the United States, and the Netherlands. She is also a consultant for women and minority-led initiatives focusing on social justice, self-determination, and collaborative models of scholarship.

She is currently an advisor for Smashboard. She was formerly the co-founder of the Dalit History Month project and a volunteer for #dalitwomenfight. Her writing interests lie in the politics of identity, diversity & inclusion, mental health, community care, and intersectional discourses between caste, gender, religion, race, and sexuality. She has a noticeable presence on Twitter with over 8000 followers, where she frequently engages on issues relevant to inclusion, equity, and diversity from a caste lens. She is currently based in the Netherlands.

Mr. Rahul Kelapure (pref. pronouns - he/his/him)
Rahul is an Assistant Legal Advisor in the Legal Affairs Department of Securities and Exchange board of India (SEBI).

With the aim of helping people with vision impairment and print disability; he has conducted numerous workshops on Investor Education for persons with disability for various institutes across India.

A seasoned professional with many achievements, Rahul aims to  help persons with disability to achieve success in their education, employment and finance.

Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil (pref. pronouns - he/his/him)
Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil is an Indian prince who is the son and heir of the Maharana of Rajpipla in Gujarat. He is the first openly gay Prince in the world. He runs a charity, The Lakshya Trust, which works with the LGBT community. It is a community based organization that has been the centre of excellence in the field of Sexual Health Programme for the GBT community since its inception in 2000.

The organization works on various issues addressing and advocating the social, economic, legal, psychological, spiritual and health aspects of sexual minorities (Gay, Bisexual and Transgender population) in the western Indian state of Gujarat.

Ms. Zainab Patel (pref. pronouns - she/her)
Zainab Patel is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at KPMG India.
A highly-experienced project manager in the United Nations system (UNDP) and non-profit/community-based sectors, providing technical support to a range of initiatives and campaigns with a focus on challenging health and social developmental issues, including HIV/AIDS, the empowerment of women and indigenous persons, and human rights within the context of health and social development.

Zainab is well-versed with supporting the development of required Policy & Operational Guidelines, Trainings, provides analysis & research to support Mobilizing, Fostering & Strengthening Strategic Partnerships.
