Highly Capable Nominations Family & Community Referral Form
Nominations of students for CERSD Highly Capable Programs can be made by parents, teachers, and community members.  Referrals must be submitted by May 13, 2022 for consideration in the 2022/23 school year.

Dear CERSD Families and Community Members,

As we prepare for the 2022/23  school year, we will be accepting referrals for highly capable services.  If you know of a student you would like to refer, please fill out the information below.
Students who are receiving Highly Capable Services as an “invitee” must be referred this year, in order to be considered for services in the 2022/23 school year.  For your reference, the highly capable definition is included below.  Keep the definition in mind as you consider students to refer.

Thank you for your time and support.  Looking forward to an excellent 2022/23 school year!
