Thank you for your interest in our 2022 markets in Hamilton. Once this form has been completed we will respond back to successful vendors.

We are also releasing provisional dates for our summer market following the huge success of 2021.

Stalls will be available from 8am each market day morning. Market opens at 10am and closes at 4pm.

Please note that the sale of Hot Drinks will not be permitted

Public Liability Insurance (5 million minimum)
Food Handling training certificate for the person(s) producing the food / On the stall
Confirmation of registration with your local authority as a food business AND name of local authority
Description of food labelling system IF food is pre-packed - Must comply with PPDS legislation
Details of hand wash facility IF food is produced on site
List of electrical equipment in use and confirmation of PAT test

We will confirm your application via email / phone call. Please confirm that you agree to inform us as soon as possible of any issues with attendance. Note: you will be charged for your pitch if you fail to appear on market day without informing us *

FOOD VENDOR: If handling food / preparing food a wash hand basin with water supply and hand wash soap will be on site provided by the vendor. (Note there is no water supply - Bottled water should be brought). Please confirm your understanding of this site rule.

Place of Production Address *No bookings for food/produce will be accepted without an actual place of production address, including postcode, and a corresponding, current, Hygiene certificate
Do you require Electricity - Additional Charge will be applied if requesting a standard stall *
Electrical Items *Electricity for cooking and lighting is provided to a limited number of pitch holders only. If you have an agreement with the management that your pitch will be provided with access to electricity, please confirm all electrical equipment you will use has a current PAT label
