Franchise Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in becoming a franchise partner with Natural Fab. Before proceeding, please carefully review the following terms and conditions to ensure mutual understanding and agreement.
Franchisee Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a Natural Fab franchise, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Property Requirements:
You should possess a commercial space with an area ranging from 1000 to 2000 square feet, ideally located in a prime area or within a mall.
2. Financial Soundness:
You must have the financial stability and capability to invest in the franchise opportunity.
3. Retail Experience:
A background in successfully operating a retail store is preferred.
Financial Investment:
As a franchisee, you should be ready to make the following financial investments:
1. Brand Fee:
A non-refundable brand fee of Rs. 150,000 is required upon approval of your franchise application.
2. Stock Purchase:
You will need to invest between Rs. 10 to 25 lakhs in purchasing the initial stock of Natural Fab products.
3. Store Setup, Fixtures, and Furnishing:
Allocate between Rs. 5 to 15 lakhs for setting up the store, including fixtures and furnishings.
4. Working Capital:
Maintain a working capital reserve of Rs. 15 to 20 lakhs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
By proceeding with the franchise application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above. You also agree to adhere to the operational and brand guidelines set forth by Natural Fab.

5.Mandatory Requirements: Trade License and GST Registration
At Natural Fab, we uphold the highest standards of ethical and legal compliance. To ensure transparency, legitimacy, and accountability in our operations, we require all our business associates, including vendors, partners, and franchisees, to possess both a valid Trade License and GST (Goods and Services Tax) Registration.
6.Trade License (Business License):
A Trade License, also known as a Business License, is a legal authorization issued by the respective local municipal authority or governing body. It grants permission to engage in specific business activities within a defined geographic area. This license serves as proof that a business is operating within the parameters of local regulations and is in compliance with zoning laws, safety standards, and other essential legal requirements.
7.GST Registration (Goods and Services Tax):The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is an essential taxation system implemented by the Government of India. GST Registration is a mandatory requirement for businesses engaged in the supply of goods and services. It is a legal obligation to collect and remit GST to the government. GST Registration ensures transparency and accountability in financial transactions and is a fundamental aspect of responsible business operations.
Having both a valid Trade License and GST Registration not only establishes your business as a legal entity but also demonstrates your commitment to operating within the framework of applicable laws and regulations. It facilitates smooth and compliant business dealings and fosters trust among customers, partners, and authorities.
