The March of Dimes Development of the Year Award is presented to a new development or re-development/adaptive reuse project that significantly enhances the community.

This project should be located within Greenville County, with a completion date of January 2019 - June 30, 2019.  

Nominations will be accepted through September 12, 2019. The award will be presented at the March of Dimes Real Estate & Economic Development Award Luncheon at the Poinsett Club on November 12, 2019.
